1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContentHosting ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; automated account creation is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use ContentHosting to:

• Host, share, or distribute pirated content, copyright-infringing material, or content you do not own the rights to
• Share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate report to NCMEC
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Host content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. ContentHosting does not claim any rights to your content. When using BYOS (Bring Your Own Storage), your files remain in your own S3-compatible bucket — ContentHosting never takes possession of your data.

5. Payment Terms

Free tier accounts have no fees. Premium and VIP plans are billed according to the pricing page. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. DMCA / Copyright Policy

ContentHosting responds to valid DMCA takedown notices. If your copyrighted material has been posted without authorization, contact us at dmca@contenthosting.org with the required information under the DMCA Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ContentHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data may be deleted after a grace period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any material time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
